DRG system update for 2024 - second phase
The CKS has prepared the second phase of the upgrade of the SK-DRG-2023 system to the SK-DRG-2024 system.
As of 28.9.2023, the following documents were issued with effect from 1.1.2024:
- List of medical procedures
- Definition Guide
- Catalogue of lump sum cases
- Methodology for the calculation and convergence of the basic rate
Benefit 274s Data interface for merging extramural and intramural health care has also been updated
In addition to the above-mentioned documents, the Expert Guideline of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic for the implementation of reimbursement according to the SK-DRG classification system has been issued, which will enter into force on the date of its publication in the Bulletin of the Ministry of Health of the Slovak Republic.
