We beg to request a reconsideration of the application. Resubmission of the application for inclusion of Idefirix (imflixidase) in the catalogue of creditable items. The dossier has been submitted. NIHO evaluation report has been prepared.

We have specified the justification in a previous submission.

The proposed PP has been approved and incorporated into the KPP with reimbursement type B in accordance with the above methodology.

Is it necessary (according to DRG coding rules) to enter the localization for the following diagnoses J44.-, N18.-, N17.-, J20.- ?

In the opinion of the CKS DRG, it is not necessarily necessary to code laterality for the above groups of diagnoses; for the last 2 groups, laterality can only be coded if it is actually apparent.

Due to recurrent disputes in the determination of laterality of diagnoses and medical procedures, the CKS DRG proceeded to determine the initial draft of the need for coding laterality of entire codes of diagnoses and medical procedures. That proposal is currently being commented on by the Medical Analysis Working Group and will be published by the CKS DRG once the final settings have been determined, and you will be notified of its publication via the CKS DRG Update. It is agreed that the determination of the laterality coding obligation from 2027 onwards will be part of the ZZV and MKCH codes, where their settings will be subject to regular updates based on feedback from users of the classification system.
