The cancellation of the 93030 exercise has resulted in HP not being included in the 46 /where the patient is actually located/ aftercare programme. Replacing the procedure with the Bartel marker test and FRAIL will place HP in the acute geriatric care, internal medicine program. Thus, the program does not exist in UN 46.
