For the use of the mSKL marker, the allowed values of the SUCL codes of the drugs are in accordance with the codebook given in the document - "Marker codebook" - where it is stated that the SUCL code value for the drugs has the letter C + SUCL code at the beginning of the code. In the case of administration of a medicine with an active substance e.g. Cetuximab - the medicine is - Erbitux 5 mg/ml infusion solution sol inf 1x20 ml/100 mg (drug.inj.glass) 5 mg/1, where the SUCL code is - L01FE01. For reporting we enter the performance 6a2d0, the drug value does not have a set code "C......." ?

Report all medications administered per patient with a code value of -letter C + SUCL code, even if they carry a KPP in Appendix 1 ?

Answer

The C at the beginning is in the SUCL code that you code within the marker - not within the medical procedure code, this should be set automatically by your information system vendor.
