Question

I would like to ask how to properly report drg markers related to decubitus.
Example: a patient is hospitalized with an existing decubitus, this decubitus persists during hospitalization and is still present at discharge.
Example: patient was admitted with a decubitus but it was no longer present during hospitalization.
What type of drg marker should I use in these examples, since they cross mDKB - prij/prep ?

Answer
