Access to the CKS Portal
Access is provided to healthcare providers for the purpose of submitting annual benefits under Section 67b(1)(a) and (b) of Act No. 581/2004 Coll., pursuant to which inpatient healthcare providers included in the Diagnoses Related Groups financing system are required to send data on classification cases and healthcare costs to the Centre for the Classification System of the Ministry of Health (CKS of the Ministry of Health) for the complete period of the preceding calendar year.

Submission of annual benefits for 2025
We would like to inform you that the CKS DRG Portal has been made available from 01.02.2026 for the submission of annual benefits for the year 2025.
The deadline for the submission of regular annual benefits is 30.4.2026 in accordance with Act 578/2004 Coll.
At the same time, we would like to inform you that as part of the next phase of MIRRI's cybersecurity and information security implementation , all active users of the CKS DRG Portal have had their passwords updated as of 01.02.2026.
New passwords were sent to your email addresses, which are also your user accounts, on 01.02.2026, the day the Portal was made available for the submission of annual benefits for the year 2025.
