Feedback is important for the DRG system. We look forward to your suggestions coming from the practice.

We ask for your patience in processing your submissions. Due to the high number of incoming feedback from the trade union community and the need for thorough consideration by all stages of the process, priority will be given to processing those submissions deemed most relevant by the Working Groups and the Steering Committee. In assessing the feedback, we are reaching out to key experts and professional societies.

Procedures for approving changes to the DRG system.

The deadline for submitting proposals for changes is 31.3.2026 in the following areas:

The requests are dealt with sequentially according to the outcome of the prioritisation and the available capacity of the CKS.
