Update to the DRG System for 2027—Phase Two
CKS has prepared the second phase of the update from the SK-DRG-2026 system to the SK-DRG-2027 system. The Steering Committee has approved the following documents, effective January 1, 2027:
The SK-DRG Classification System for 2027
The 2027 Definition Manual is being published in a new electronic format as part of the SK-DRG Classification System, which also includes the approved documents “List of Medical Procedures” and “Marker Code List.”
For information system developers, the classification system documents are also available for download via theSK-DRG Def. manual repository.
For the convenience of users, the List of Medical Procedures and the Marker Code List are still available in Excel (XLSX) format:

Excel files serve as a supplementary form of publication; the official versions of the documents are part of the SK-DRG classification system.
