DRG system update for 2026 - second phase
The CKS has prepared the second phase of the upgrade of the SK-DRG-2025 system to the SK-DRG-2026 system. The following documents have been approved by the Steering Committee with effect from 1.1.2026:

Methodology for updating attributable items for SK-DRG 2026
In order to align the documents with the new terminology, the Calculation Guide has also been updated
Calculation Manual 5.2 with changes highlighted
Annexes to CP 5.2 with changes indicated
